Registered Behavior Technician RBT

About the role

Responsible for providing behavioral support in a therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities

• Implementing behavior plans based on individualized treatment programs
• Monitoring client progress and reporting to supervisors
• Collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement intervention strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Passing score on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) exam
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with data collection and analysis
