Registered Behavior Technician RBT

About the role

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, implementing behavioral interventions and therapies developed by our expert team of behavior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress
• Implementing behavioral interventions and therapies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for clients
• Collaborating with families and other team members to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
