Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a home-based setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client progress, maintaining accurate and thorough records
• Develop and maintain a positive, supportive relationship with clients and their families
• Collaborate with BCBAs to enhance treatment plans and address client needs
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred
• PartTime availability, with flexibility to work varying schedules
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, patience, and commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others
