Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a home-based setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop and maintain a positive and supportive environment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy

Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
