Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Registered Agent to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will handle essential administrative and operational tasks, ensuring compliance and efficient communication.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Process and handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sensitive legal documents.
- Manage monthly audits and ensure timely submission to the appropriate entities.
- Auxiliary with shipping tasks to support site operations.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines and daily responsibilities.
- Experience with mail handling and legal documentation is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite in Brooklyn, NY 11201.
