Responsibilities
- Implement weekly PLACE lead generation
- Host two open houses each month
- Join weekly script practice and team activities
- Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise buyers, secure agreements, and find homes
- Draft and negotiate buyer offers
- Use PLACE Technology to track clients and activities
Qualifications
- Self-motivated sales professional with a competitive drive
- Skilled at building rapport, listening, and finding solutions
- Effective communicator committed to service
- Team player with a real estate license
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Growth-oriented and eager to learn scripts
- Organized with excellent time management
- Industry experience preferred
