Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
- Use PLACE lead generation tools
- Turn your prospecting and lead efforts into appointments
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, trainings, and Partner Calls
- Meet with sellers, help them list their homes, and promote their properties
- Negotiate offers to get the best deal for your sellers
- Keep track of your activities and clients using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Driven sales professional with a friendly, competitive spirit
- Great at connecting with people, listening carefully, and finding solutions
- Clear and approachable communicator who values excellent service
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Holds a valid real estate license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
