About the role
The Regional Trainer will contribute to technical product training within a designated geographical area, partnering with regional sales and service directors and managers to plan, organize, and deliver training to pool/spa professionals and Fluidra staff.
Responsibilities
- Delivering training presentations to pool/spa professionals in person and via webinar, to audiences ranging from 1 to 100+ people.
- Developing close working relationships with Regional Sales & Service Directors & Managers to organize class locations and topics that meet the needs of the region.
- Providing technical product training to all Fluidra field personnel within the region, including Territory Sales Managers, Territory Service Managers, and Field Service Technicians.
- Collaborating with other Training/Marketing/Product Managers and other departments to develop training content relevant to pool/spa professionals within the region.
- Collaborating with other Regional Trainers to coordinate schedules, ensure nationwide coverage, and maintain consistency across training materials.
- Traveling up to 30 weeks per year.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years technical experience.
- Very strong and polished communication (verbal and written), presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Proven ability to make highly complex and technical information accessible to entry-level industry professionals.
- Extensive pool/spa industry experience, with an emphasis on technical subjects including significant hands-on installation and troubleshooting experience.
- Positive and cheerful disposition, patience in dealing with "beginners," positive attitude, willingness to help.
- Clean driving record.
- Willing to travel domestically up to 60%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
Skills

Pay
Expected salary range is $75,000 - $90,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Schedule
Travel can be up to 30 weeks per year.
