Regional General Manager I

For our client, we are seeking a Regional General Manager I to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will oversee multi-location operations across a defined region, with a strong focus on profitability, productivity, and customer experience. The leader in this position will set regional strategy, guide business performance, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive results. This is a highly visible role that combines operational leadership, financial stewardship, and team development in an industrial environment. Location: Denver, CO - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $247,500 – $375,375 annually Responsibilities Manage business activities across multiple locations in the defined region Ensure optimal profit and utilization of site resources with improved productivity and customer experiences Monitor market conditions and competitor activity, and adjust local strategies as necessary Analyze business forecasts and prepare reports for corporate contacts; participate in operational reviews Select, review, and monitor performance of the regional leadership team Collaborate with Energy Services leadership to align strategy and resource allocation Develop operating plans based on broad objectives and measure results Create strategic plans covering operations, employee engagement, financial performance, and customer satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; Master’s degree preferred At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience Preferred technical background in HVAC In-depth knowledge of business, finance, sales, and marketing techniques Extensive knowledge of HVAC products and systems preferred Demonstrated success in leading diverse business streams and people functions Experience formulating and executing long-term business plans Ability to travel locally within the region up to 50% Candidate must reside within the region boundaries Benefits Health insurance and holistic wellness programs starting on day one Family-building benefits including fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance Up to 15 vacation days, paid holidays, sick leave, and options for volunteer and parental leave 401(k) matching, educational opportunities, tuition assistance, and student debt support Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
