About the Opportunity
The Regional Manager I leads a team of General Managers across various locations, overseeing operations to ensure the delivery of a high-quality customer experience. This role is pivotal in driving the territory's success through effective leadership, execution, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Support and guide local general managers in daily operations management
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance and prepare for advancement
- Focus on performance management and succession planning to build strong talent pipelines
- Monitor operational metrics regularly to assess success and identify improvement strategies
- Facilitate communication between field operations and headquarters leadership
- Act as liaison among departmental rollouts, territory execution, and leadership partners
- Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of top talent
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and anticipate workforce needs
- Assist with launching new sites within the territory
- Serve as a dedicated, regionally-based leader
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in retail, supply chain, operations, consulting, or data-driven project management
- Experience managing multi-location teams
- Proven ability to manage large onboarding programs
- Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to motivate teams under deadlines
- Problem-solving skills under pressure
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to balance detail orientation with swift execution
- Willingness to travel at least 90% of the time
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish highly preferred
Pay
Base salary range: $96,900 - $120,750. Eligibility for discretionary annual cash bonus and participation in the organization’s equity incentive plan. Starting pay determined by skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and market conditions.
