The Regional Talent Manager will report to the Regional Director while ensuring that the District Talent Managers and Hourly Recruiters are fully trained to recruit, hire, onboard, and train top talent with the goal of increasing retention. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree; an equivalent of training and experience may be considered in lieu of degreeA minimum of five (5) years of experience in recruitment, training, onboarding, or operationsStrong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing talent for a future benchA passion for people, coaching, mentoring and developingExperience with social media marketing and networkingExperience developing recruitment, training, and onboarding strategiesA minimum of three (3) years proven driving experienceMust be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening and/or Motor Vehicle Record CheckA valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the company’s driver requirements is required. Advanced MS Office skillsExperience with ATS and HRIS systemsAdvanced presentation and communication skills Working Conditions Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently. Occasional travel may be require via plane or automobile, including overnight stays (up to 25% of the time).
