About the role
Provide RN coverage across multiple markets, covering vacancies, leaves, and emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise dialysis care in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, physicians, patients, and families to deliver quality care.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor treatments, document interventions, and evaluate responses.
- Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians, supervise their activities, and ensure safety and compliance.
- Ensure accurate documentation, review lab results, and communicate critical findings to physicians.
- Administer medications, interpret lab data, and develop care plans.
- Maintain efficient operations during shifts, ensure safety, and uphold quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, federal and state regulations, and healthcare standards.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills.
- Ability to supervise staff, manage multiple locations, and adapt to dynamic needs.
- Proficiency in EMR documentation and lab specimen handling.
