Regional Service Director

About the role

The successful candidate will lead and mentor Service Managers and maintenance teams, oversee maintenance operations, inspections, and compliance, support preventive maintenance and quality assurance programs, respond to emergencies, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency and partner with vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in Property Management at a Service Manager level or beyond.
• Desired education: High School or GED, Technical School Certification or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience: CFC Certification (minimum Type I & II), CAMT designation a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Knowledge of property management regulations and standards.
• Experience with maintenance operations and quality assurance.
• Ability to handle emergencies and regulatory compliance.

Pay

$80,000-$90,000/annually, 10% annual bonus potential, plus an annual travel reimbursement.

Schedule

Full Time: 8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday.

Location

Tri-State Area (PA/DE/MD) – Travel between West Chester, Phoenixville, Glenmoore, Kennett Square, Boothwyn, Wilmington, and Bel Air.
