Regional Service Director

About the role

The Regional Service Director will lead and mentor Service Managers and maintenance teams, oversee maintenance operations, inspections, and compliance, support preventive maintenance and quality assurance programs, respond to emergencies, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in Property Management at a Service Manager level or beyond.
• Desired Education: High School or GED, Technical School Certification or Equivalent Experience, CFC Certification (minimum Type I & II), CAMT designation a plus.

Pay

$80,000-$90,000 annually, with a 10% annual bonus potential.

Schedule

Full-time, 8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday.

Location

Tri-State Area (PA/DE/MD) – Travel between West Chester, Phoenixville, Glenmoore, Kennett Square, Boothwyn, Wilmington, and Bel Air.
