About the role
Mycronic USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Northeast U.S. market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or engineering sales environment.
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
Qualifications

- Experience with CRM systems.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
