About the Role
A Regional Sales Manager (K-12) will develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of HVAC products and services in large school systems.
Responsibilities
- Aid in growing sales with existing or prospective customers in regional school systems.
- Build relationships with schools at various levels including maintenance and operations and school boards where necessary.
- Collaborate with Lennox Commercial and Residential Sales Districts to coordinate and execute the sale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One plus years related experience.
- Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Knows principles and processes for providing customer service.
- Effective at written and verbal communication.
- Intermediate industry and product knowledge.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.

Pay
This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $105,600 - $138,600 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Under the plan, target compensation is anticipated to be 80% base salary and 20% commission. New hires are guaranteed to receive at least the target commission for six months. The competitive compensation plan also includes an uncapped bonus structure based on performance exceeding 100% of the plan across three individual categories. The bonus amount increases as performance surpasses quota, so the potential payout is not fixed and can grow as over-quota achievements increase.
