Regional Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Possess and develop new business across the Las Vegas territory, targeting manufacturing, food & beverage, distribution, and metals & mining clients.
  • Sell the entire Reliability Solutions’ portfolio.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, solution presentation, proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
  • Manage the sales funnel from lead generation through close, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with engineering, maintenance, operations, and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to grow account portfolios and drive long-term client value.
  • Coordinate risk identification and issue resolution throughout the sales and delivery process.
  • Advocate for customer needs across Reliability Solutions departments.
  • Identify success stories and secure customer references to support pipeline growth.
  • Evaluate and recommend process improvements that positively impact client experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors strongly preferred.
  • Experience with solution selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client challenges and propose solutions using a consultative approach.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships at multiple levels, including executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills — confident and polished engaging decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, ideally Salesforce, and Microsoft Office / presentation tools.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred; equivalent experience considered.
