Responsibilities
- Possess and develop new business across the Las Vegas territory, targeting manufacturing, food & beverage, distribution, and metals & mining clients.
- Sell the entire Reliability Solutions’ portfolio.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, solution presentation, proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
- Manage the sales funnel from lead generation through close, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with engineering, maintenance, operations, and executive-level stakeholders.
- Apply a consultative sales approach to grow account portfolios and drive long-term client value.
- Coordinate risk identification and issue resolution throughout the sales and delivery process.
- Advocate for customer needs across Reliability Solutions departments.
- Identify success stories and secure customer references to support pipeline growth.
- Evaluate and recommend process improvements that positively impact client experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors strongly preferred.
- Experience with solution selling.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client challenges and propose solutions using a consultative approach.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships at multiple levels, including executive stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills — confident and polished engaging decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM software, ideally Salesforce, and Microsoft Office / presentation tools.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred; equivalent experience considered.
