Job Responsibilities
- Retail Performance: Sales & Client Development
- Drive traffic and conversion by emphasizing a clienteling culture to drive sales
- Act as an advocate of their respective region, making recommendations to best support all aspects of the retail business while working with corporate functions to set strategic objectives and vision for boutiques and outlets in the region to drive focus on client and commercial critical metrics
- Lead and develop the retail and franchise teams to achieve business objectives
- Partner closely with Merchandising and Planning to ensure that all stores have the accurate product assortment and product availability to achieve their sales goals
- Closely supervise and analyze sales performance in all stores
- Develop and maintain client relationships to meet business goals
- Further the use of Salesforce and CDC tools in prospecting and clienteling strategy in partnership with boutique and outlet managers
- Ensure consistency with the overall customer experience across the network (selling ceremony, mystery shopping and NPS scores)
- Drive business development to strengthen the relationship with existing and new client groups
- Franchise Management
- Partner with franchise boutique teams to ensure a consistent client journey and experience, maintain the service standards across all doors (including mystery shop scores, clienteling coaching, hospitality, soft skills development, etc)
- Ensure Franchise teams are comfortable and confident with product knowledge
- Drive overall performance, including sell-out and sell-out stretch targets, provide teams with business analysis to better understand the boutique’s opportunities
- Final round interview with Boutique Managers
- Retail Operations
- Ensure internal control procedures are implemented and closely supervised
- Work with the Retail Operations Manager and VP of Retail to develop, implement and supervise policies and procedures for the boutiques and outlets that are efficient and effective
- Cegid training and support
- End to end management of new store openings in partnership with Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, HR, Finance, Merchandising and Planning and Training Team
- Development & Human Resources Management
- Responsible for coordinating with Human Resources on all aspects of staffing for open store positions
- Retain and develop talent both internally and externally, focusing on developing future leaders
- Continued integration of RISE for overall performance management and development
- Ensure TAG Heuer training and company initiatives are successfully implemented in the region
- Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule (appx. 70% travel)
- 8-10 years of luxury retail experience – ideally in a multi store environment
- Success in coaching and leading by example – will spend store visits on the sales floor setting the expectation

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills
