What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow the West sales organization, driving a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
- Drive regional pipeline growth, revenue execution, and strategic account expansion.
- Build strong executive relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Lead accurate forecasting and business planning across the region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Channel teams to deliver customer impact.
- Expand and strengthen strategic partner engagement across the territory.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales talent while leading by example.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including regional sales leadership.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and driving business growth.
- Experience selling enterprise cybersecurity or infrastructure solutions.
- Strong experience working with strategic partners and channel ecosystems.
- Executive presence and the ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution capabilities.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Nice to Have
- Experience in cloud security, compliance, or network security solutions.
- Relationships with strategic partners such as Cisco, Optiv, NTT, or Presidio.
- Spanish fluency
