We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The job purpose is like a summary. Could be "About the role". Responsibilities: list. Qualifications: list. Benefits? Not present. Pay: Salary Range present. Schedule: given. Location? Not required heading but could be part of About? Not required. We must not repeat job title. Use headings for sections present: About the role (job purpose), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also "Location" not required heading. We'll include location in About or separate? Not required heading; we can embed in About as paragraph.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, disclaimer, etc. Remove navigation/legal. Also remove "Disclaimer:" etc. Also remove "We are an affirmative action..." etc. Also remove "Every application is reviewed..." etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information: job purpose, responsibilities list, qualifications (education, experience, license, additional requirements, physical requirements). Also schedule, pay range, location.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details.
We need to format responsibilities as
- . Same for qualifications maybe split into sub-sections? Could just list all qualification items as list.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to ensure we don't include headings with empty content.
Let's extract:
Job Purpose paragraph: "Under the direction of the AVP of Care Delivery Operations and the Rehabilitation Director, the Regional Rehab Manager is responsible for the supervision of the Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy staff. The Regional Rehab Manager is responsible to ensure a high level of therapy is provided to all PACE members in order to have positive outcomes including low hospitalization rates, low fall rates, and that all members function at their highest level of ADL independence."
Responsibilities: list items after "Job Responsibilities". Let's capture each sentence as bullet.
List:
- Responsible for supervision of Physical and Occupational Therapists including hiring, firing, disciplinary in conjunction with thorough record reviews, audits, field visits and consultation with supervisors in other disciplines.
- In conjunction with the AVP of Care Delivery and the Rehabilitation Director, develops policies and standards for rehab services.

- Performs all special assignments as assigned.
- Only acts within the scope of the individual’s authority to practice.
- Meets a standardized set of competencies for the specific position description established by the PACE organization before working independently.
- Acting member of the IDT.
Then there is a block "Corporate Standards Performance Standards ..." which seems like generic corporate standards; but these are still substantive? They are part of job description but maybe considered boilerplate? They are not explicitly listed as responsibilities but they are standards. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep them? They are part of job description but could be considered generic. However they are not explicitly responsibilities but performance standards. Might be considered part of responsibilities? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. These corporate standards might be considered boilerplate but they are specific to the organization. However they are generic statements like "Performs consistent with organization’s mission and philosophy." Might be considered boilerplate but still part of job description. The instruction says to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could include them under Responsibilities or a separate "Performance Standards" section? Not listed as allowed headings; allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could fold them into Responsibilities or Qualifications. Probably better to include under Responsibilities as additional items.
Similarly "Service Standards" and "Managerial Standards" could be folded into Responsibilities.
We need to avoid duplication. We'll include them as bullet points under Responsibilities.
Now Qualifications: Education, Experience, License, Additional Requirements (legal authorization, medically cleared, weekends, communication, professional attitude, computer proficiency, bilingual preferred), Physical Requirements (list). We'll keep all.
Pay: Salary Range (Min-Max) $125,000.00 - $135,000.00.
Schedule: 8:30AM – 5:30PM Weekly Hours: 40 Location: based at either Brooklyn, Long Island, or Manhattan site | Will cover Brooklyn, Long Island and Manhattan sites.
We'll put Schedule heading with details.
Location: Could be included in Schedule paragraph or separate? Not required heading; we can include in Schedule paragraph.
Now produce HTML:
