Regional Quality Assurance Manager
Job Summary
The Regional Quality Assurance Manager will provide training and ongoing support to Pebble Technology, Inc’s (PTI) Licensed Installers and Certified Builders. Responsibilities include warranty evaluations and minor repairs. The role involves substantial fieldwork across a large geographical region.
Job Location
This is a remote-based role when not traveling. Must reside in the greater Charlotte, NC, North/South NJ, Philadelphia, PA, or NY metro markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality finish installations by supporting and training PTI’s installer base
- Communicate with pool builders/applicators about product installation quality and address customer concerns
- Travel to multiple installers and builders for scheduled visits and urgent issues
- Inspect and resolve escalated customer situations related to Pebble Tec finishes
- Maintain regular communication with Warranty Administrator, Customer Service Manager, and Director
- Collaborate with PTI Sales Managers to ensure seamless customer service
- Document and update customer interactions using PTI’s customer service software, forms, and reports
- Work with R&D to develop new products, provide feedback on performance, and develop care and maintenance protocols
- Absorb and represent the high standard of quality and customer satisfaction expected of all PTI employees
- Able to perform minor repairs as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organizational ability
- Construction/manual labor experience (plus)
- Proficient with computers
- Strong water chemistry background (plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly recommended
- Travel up to 60% within region (day and overnight)
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stretch, stoop, reach (including overhead)
- Swimming capability
- Comfortable working with chemicals
- Valid driver's license
Compensation
- Base salary: $90,000 - $100,000
