Regional Property Director - Multifamily Operations

Responsibilities
- Work alongside industry experts, gain hands-on experience, and be part of a team that values innovation and excellence.
- Provide accurate financial support to help maintain efficient business operations and informed decision-making.
- Oversee large-scale portfolio operations with a focus on asset performance, operational efficiency, team leadership, and long-term value creation for ownership groups and equity investors.
- Maintain and manage investors’ data in a web-based Investor Management Services platform.
- Monitor, process, and record investor capital movements including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
- Manage banking and investor relationships, and perform a wide range of activities related to commercial and multi-family asset management.
- Manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and capital projects for a diversified portfolio across multiple states.
- Source equity and debt for acquisitions, and source third-party management assignments.
- Represent both private and institutional real estate holders, and successfully complete notable transactions with multinational corporations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the industry, with 3+ years supporting financial operations within the real estate industry.
- Skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounts management.
- Extensive experience in managing daily HR operations and delivering HR services.
- Experience in managing complex operations, developing effective policies, and implementing streamlined processes.
- Knowledge of the evolving trends and best practices in the fields of accounting, finance, information technology, and administration.
- Experience in arranging commercial real estate financing and leading the acquisition of commercial properties.
- Experience in managing day-to-day operations, budgets, and capital projects for a diversified portfolio across multiple states.
- Experience in sourcing equity and debt for acquisitions, and sourcing third-party management assignments.
- Experience in representing both private and institutional real estate holders, and successfully completing notable transactions with multinational corporations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Business Administration or related field.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Master of Science in Finance.
- Professional certifications in Human Resources (PHR) and/or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
- Real estate licenses and membership in BOMA.
- Experience in managing complex operations, developing effective policies, and implementing streamlined processes.
