Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and coordinate efforts to optimize workforce planning for seamless operations.
• Ensure installation and maintenance operations meet performance standards.
• Participate in project delivery meetings to track progress and address challenges.
• Lead and guide your team to execute projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Manage field installation and maintenance operations, including personnel, vehicles, trailers, inventory, and equipment.
• Conduct operations in compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) processes and company policies.
• Perform cost analysis and accurately estimate expected project costs.
• Conduct risk assessments, report identified risks, and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong leadership abilities to guide teams effectively.
• Proficiency in managing field installation and maintenance operations.
• Solid understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
• Adept analytical skills for cost analysis and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools to support operations and reporting.
