Responsibilities

- Oversee field operations, coordinating efforts to optimize workforce planning for seamless operations.
- Ensure installation & maintenance operations meet performance standards.
- Regularly participate in project delivery meetings to track progress and address any challenges.
- Guide your team effectively in executing projects on time and within budget, ensuring they adhere to specifications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage field installation and maintenance operations, overseeing personnel, vehicles, trailers, inventory, and equipment.
- Conduct operations in compliance with company policies using a solid understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
- Perform cost analysis and accurately estimate expected costs for various projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations based on your risk analysis.
- Use relevant software tools to facilitate these functions.
