Responsibilities
- Mentorship & Guidance for a team of ambulatory clinic managers.
- Providing tools, training and support needed for team performance and operational efficiencies.
- Educating and teaching.
- Performance evaluations, system initiatives, accountability and metrics.
- Process & Program Development, quality improvements, etc.
Requirements
- Ambulatory and nursing leadership experience is required.
- Experience with process & program development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field required.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or other related field preferred.
- One of the degrees must be in nursing.
- Three to five years of progressively more responsible leadership in an ambulatory clinical setting.
- Primary Care experience preferred.
Skills
- ANCC certification exam for Ambulatory Care Nursing within one year.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong facilitative interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated innovative, creative leadership style.
- Participative management style.
- Analytical skills to evaluate procedures, techniques, assess problem and identify solution.
