About the role
The Clinical Ambulatory Manager- Primary Care role is accountable for translating and achieving strategic priorities and outcomes such as quality and safety improvements, care affordability, great patient experiences, and great team member experiences. This role leads an inter-professional team to create an environment where the team is empowered to achieve excellence in patient and organizational outcomes. It also involves advocating for and embedding evidenced-based practices and professional nursing standards.
Responsibilities

- Advocate for and embed evidenced-based practices and professional nursing standards
- Provide strategic vision and operational planning for assigned unit
- Accountable for advancing nursing practice
Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN)
- If bachelor degree not in nursing, Master of Nursing (MSN)
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
