Clinical Ambulatory Manager- Primary Care

Accountable for providing strategic vision and operational planning for the assigned unit, this role leads an inter-professional team to create an environment where the team is empowered to achieve excellence in patient and organizational outcomes. The Clinical Ambulatory Manager advances nursing practice by advocating and consistently embedding evidence-based practices and professional nursing standards.
This is a fully onsite, Monday through Friday day-shift role at our USAK Pkwy location in Fishers, supporting a dynamic, multidisciplinary practice comprised of physicians, APPs, a PharmD, and a strong team of clinical and administrative professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN). If bachelor’s degree is not in nursing, must have Master of Nursing (MSN).
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Previous healthcare leadership experience preferred.
- Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
Preference for prior outpatient leadership experience and primary care experience.
