Regional Marketing Liaison
Essential Duties
- Develop and maintain written policies and procedures that govern the release of information concerning the residents, employees, and/or the facility in accordance with current Privacy Rules and Regulations.
- Aid the Administrator and department directors in the development and use of marketing and public relations policies and procedures.
- Establish a rapport in and between departments so that each staff member can realize the importance of their role in our marketing and public relations programs.
- Develop, organize, implement, evaluate, educate, and direct the facility’s public relations and marketing programs and activities.
- Maintain and increase the facility’s census by providing the community with information about the facility’s programs, services, and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or public relations, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Physical Demands
- Sit, stand, walk, and talk.
- Frequent use of all office related equipment to include; copier/scanner/fax, telephone, and calculator.
