Local Marketing Liaison

About the role

The Local Marketing Liaison plays a crucial role in building brand awareness and driving patient referrals for Smile Doctors. This position focuses on engaging healthcare and health-related professionals within a specific geographic area, supporting local clinic marketing, and participating in community programs and events.

Responsibilities

• Ensure incoming new patient leads are responded to in a timely manner
• Oversee referring doctor relationships and monthly gifting
• Aids in the creation and management of digital content for social media platforms
• Coordinates community event preparation and execution to attract new patients
• Supports in-office marketing efforts by managing marketing material inventory
• Aids in digital advertising through paid social ads and other opportunities

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
• One (1) year of experience in outside business to business sales/marketing, operations, or marketing with a proven track record of success, two (2) years preferred

Qualifications

• Service-oriented and a self-starter
• Ability to solve issues and problems creatively
• Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with team members and external contacts at all levels

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$19.20 - $24.75 per hour
