About the role

This role is responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through the execution of Healthmark’s sales strategy while providing onsite, field-based support and training to healthcare customers. The position builds and maintains strong customer relationships, delivers product demonstrations and in-services, and ensures consistent execution of sales processes and territory plans. The ideal candidate brings strong consultative selling skills, effective communication, and the ability to operate independently within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

  • Lead, manage and accountability for reps/territories in region.
  • Achieve regional sales goals and metrics.
  • Execute Healthmark Sales Process and Strategy.
  • Travel with reps to support sales effort.
  • Represent Healthmark at national, state, and local conferences and exhibits.
  • Customer clinical support and education.
  • May have local territory responsibility.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Sales Techniques.
  • Excellent follow-up skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Uses Computer, Cell Phone, Scanner, Printer.
  • Needs Home office or some office space availability.

Minimum Requirements

  • College Degree – 4-year Undergraduate.
  • Clinical Experience – Minimum 10 years.
  • Sales Management Experience – 5 years Minimum.

Quality Requirements

  • Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
  • Ensure compliance to all FDA and Worldwide Quality & Compliance regulations (As applicable to the job function).
  • Must have the education and experience to understand and comply with U.S. and Worldwide medical device regulations (As applicable to your job function).
  • Attend all required Quality & Compliance training at the specified interval.
  • Adept the “Beyond Compliance Quality Culture” in the work environment; always meet and exceed requirements.

Environmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions

  • Ability to travel/fly (40-45% travel).
  • Ability to drive to appointments.
  • Wear PPE when required for the job.
  • Be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations utilizing fine motor skills.
  • Valid U.S. drivers license.
  • Valid U.S. passport.

Pay

$190,000 - $200,000 Total compensation base + Commission range

Schedule
