Regional Lead, HR Shared Services

The Regional Lead, HR Shared Services at ITT, headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, is a diversified global leader in manufacturing critical components and technology solutions for various industries. This role combines operational leadership, direct execution, continuous improvement, and gradual modernization.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day HR Shared Services delivery across North America and LATAM while remaining hands-on for service execution
- Perform HR transactions, onboarding/offboarding support, case handling, and complex escalations
- Provide backup support and stay close to operations to identify bottlenecks and service issues
- Lead the HRSSC team and daily operations
- Set priorities, manage work allocation and coverage, and maintain clear accountability
- Coach team members and ensure delivery against SLAs, quality standards, and employee and manager experience
- Deliver consistent HR services across the US, Canada, and LATAM
- Ensure compliance with local requirements and alignment with payroll, HRIS, local HR, and stakeholders
- Balance centralized service delivery with regional and local needs
- Champion automation, digital tools, and AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual work and improve customer experience
- Identify workflow improvements, selective automation / AI solutions and smarter ways of working
- Support adoption through communication, implementation support, change management, and training
- Support expansion and growth of HR services
- Support transitions, scalable process design, and adaptation to legal, language, and operational requirements
- Drive process improvement, standardization, and documentation
- Simplify processes, improve documentation, and establish consistent ways of working across countries
- Partner with HRBPs, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, managers, and COEs (Talent, Total Rewards, etc.)
- Resolve operational issues, improve end-to-end processes, and align on service scope and priorities
- Act as a reliable operational partner to regional HR leadership
Position Requirements
- Experience in hands-on HR service delivery environments, solid understanding of HR processes and transactions
- Automation and Digital mindset: practical experience or understanding of digital tools, automation / AI and smarter ways of working
- Workday transactional experience
- People leadership or team coordination experience
- Process-oriented mindset focused on efficiency, standardization, and improvement
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills in change-oriented environments
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–10 years of HR experience, including HR shared services
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multi-country environments; LATAM exposure is a plus. Bi-lingual (English is a must, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
