Compensation: $120K-$150K
Experience: 3-5 Years
Work Model: On-Site

This role focuses on management-side employment law with both litigation and counseling; wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, EEOC/NEOC administrative proceedings, policies, handbooks, employment agreements, and client counseling.

Minneapolis, MN; Chicago, IL

Compensation: $135,000 - $190,000+

Experience: 3-6 Years
Work Model: Hybrid

This role focuses on employer counseling, employment litigation, restrictive covenants, workplace investigations, and administrative agency matters for regional and national employer clients.

Boston, MA; Washington, DC

Compensation: $175,000 - $250,000+

Experience: 5-9 Years
Work Model: Hybrid / Remote Flexibility

This role focuses on this opportunity is suited for attorneys with experience advising employers on personnel policies, compliance, workplace disputes, investigations, and risk management.
