About the role

Candidates must have labor and employment or workplace counseling experience, strong writing and client communication skills, be comfortable with employment litigation or compliance issues, have relevant state bar admission or eligibility, and be interested in advising employers.
Responsibilities
- Provide employment counseling to regional and national employer clients
- Advise on personnel policies, compliance, and risk management
- Conduct workplace investigations and manage workplace disputes
- Manage restrictive covenant cases and employment litigation
- Prepare and review employment agreements and handbooks
- Represent clients before administrative agencies and courts
- Write and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Assist with workplace compliance and training programs
Requirements
- Experienced in labor and employment or workplace counseling
- Strong writing and client communication skills
- Comfortable with employment litigation or compliance issues
- Relevant state bar admission or eligibility
- Interest in advising employers
Qualifications
- Bar admission: NY; NE preferred; active bar admission required in applicable jurisdiction

- Omaha, NE: $120K-$150K
- Minneapolis, MN; Chicago, IL: $135,000 - $190,000+
- Boston, MA; Washington, DC: $175,000 - $250,000+
