About the role
These opportunities are focused on regional labor and employment counseling, employment litigation, workplace compliance, administrative agency matters, and practical employer advisory work. Candidates must have labor and employment or workplace counseling experience, strong writing and client communication skills, comfort with employment litigation or compliance issues, relevant state bar admission or eligibility, and interest in advising employers.
Responsibilities
- Provide employment counseling to regional and national employer clients
- Advise on personnel policies, compliance, and risk management
- Conduct workplace investigations and manage workplace disputes
- Prepare and review employment agreements, handbooks, and policies
- Manage restrictive covenant cases and other employment-related litigation
- Represent clients before administrative agencies and courts
- Write and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements
- Experienced attorney with labor and employment or workplace counseling experience
- Strong writing and client communication skills
- Comfortable with employment litigation or compliance issues
- Relevant state bar admission or eligibility
- Interest in advising employers
Qualifications
- Bar admission: NY; NE preferred; active bar admission required in applicable jurisdiction

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $130K-$170K; $120K-$150K; $135,000 - $190,000+; additional ranges vary by role. Work model includes Hybrid / Remote Flexibility / On-site varies by role.
