About the role
These opportunities are focused on regional labor and employment counseling, employment litigation, workplace compliance, administrative agency matters, and practical employer advisory work. Candidates must have labor and employment or workplace counseling experience, strong writing and client communication skills, be comfortable with employment litigation or compliance issues, have relevant state bar admission or eligibility, and be interested in advising employers.
Responsibilities
- Provide employment counseling to regional and national employer clients
- Advise on personnel policies, compliance, and risk management
- Handle employment litigation and administrative agency matters
- Conduct workplace investigations and investigations
- Develop and review employment agreements and handbooks
- Manage restrictive covenants and non-compete agreements
- Assist with discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases
- Participate in EEOC/NEOC administrative proceedings
Requirements
- Experienced in labor and employment or workplace counseling
- Strong writing and client communication skills
- Comfortable with employment litigation or compliance issues
- Relevant state bar admission or eligibility
- Interest in advising employers
Qualifications
- Bar admission: NY; NE preferred; active bar admission required in applicable jurisdiction

- Omaha, NE: $120K-$150K
- Minneapolis, MN; Chicago, IL: $135,000 - $190,000+
- Boston, MA; Washington, DC: $175,000 - $250,000+
