Regional Infusion Sales Specialist - Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex
About the role
Vivo Infusion is seeking a Regional Infusion Sales Specialist to join our team in the Dallas Fort-Worth area. This role involves traveling within the region to promote Vivo Infusion's services to healthcare professionals and clinics.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Meet with healthcare professionals to educate them about Vivo's services and benefits.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with providers and pharmaceutical partners.
- Stay informed about market changes and collaborate with local clinical, sales, and patient care teams.
- Develop strategies to address provider and patient concerns and promote Vivo's services.
- Provide an assessment of each provider's infusion needs and promote patient-centered services and processes.
- Work with local pharmaceutical reps to develop strategies and approach sales opportunities with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with Patient Care Navigators, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent representation of Vivo's values and mission.
Additional Duties And Responsibilities
- Utilize company CRM (Trella Health) to log daily calls and maintain notes on the region.
- Approach sales opportunities with dedication to improving patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain Vivo's reputation by exemplifying the company's guiding principles, mission, and values.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- At least 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals, required.
- At least 2 years of pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales experience, required.
- Valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation, required.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM software.
- Experience working with Trella Healthcare is a plus.

Work Environment And Physical Demands
This role involves 90% travel and 10% remote work. The employee may occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color differentiation, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, smell, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate.
