Regional Infusion Sales Specialist - Missouri City, TX

About the role

Vivo Infusion is seeking a Regional Infusion Sales Specialist to join our team in Missouri City, Texas. This role involves traveling within the region to promote Vivo Infusion's services and support clinics. The ideal candidate will enjoy uncapped commission, company-provided leads, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Meet with healthcare professionals to educate them about Vivo's services and benefits.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with providers and patients.
• Collaborate with local clinical, sales, and patient care teams to understand market changes.
• Develop strategies to address provider and patient concerns.
• Provide an assessment of clinic infusion needs and promote Vivo's services.
• Work with pharmaceutical reps to enhance relationships within the territory.
• Log daily calls and maintain notes using the company CRM (Trella Health).
• Represent Vivo with integrity and uphold the company's guiding principles, mission, and values.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Valid state driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Experience with Trella Healthcare CRM is a plus.

Schedule

• Remote 10% of the time
• Travel within 30-60 miles of supported clinics 90% of the time
• Self-driven day-to-day schedule

Pay

• $70,000 - $80,000 / yr. base salary
