The Regional Human Resources Generalist serves as the primary HR representative for an assigned territory, supporting employees and managers across multiple locations. This role executes and administers all core HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits administration, employee relations, workers' compensation, leave administration, performance management support, compliance, and HRIS record maintenance. The HR Generalist partners closely with operational leadership and the corporate office to ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees while promoting a culture of safety, engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The role operates out of three designated home‑office hubs (Irving, TX; Albuquerque, NM; Springfield, MO) with travel expected approximately 60% of working time (about three out of five days) to service centers, corporate offices, and field locations for site visits, employee relations investigations, performance management meetings, training delivery, recruiting events, open enrollment sessions, and safety initiatives. Travel is conducted by air and ground with a corporate credit card for airfare, hotel, and rental vehicles, and mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use per IRS rates.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Staffing – manage full‑cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, create/post ads, manage ATS flow, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, reference checks, facilitate hiring decisions, ensure compliance, support workforce planning and succession.
