Regional Housing Coordinator

About the role

The Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG) is seeking a Regional Housing Coordinator to support local and regional housing initiatives across the Greater Lowell region.

Responsibilities

• Assist municipalities with affordable housing planning, zoning, housing programs, public engagement, and implementation of housing policies and initiatives related to M.G.L. Chapter 40B and related programs.

Requirements

Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000 depending on qualifications and experience
