This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development for Power Delivery and Digital Transformation solutions
• Build and execute client pursuit strategies in a multi-disciplined organization
• Maintain a time-phased sales funnel to achieve business area objectives
• Collaborate with leadership on margin growth strategies for each division
• Lead and develop a team of growth professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 12+ years of experience in client/asset development and relationship management
• Demonstrated success in exceeding performance metrics
• History of innovative market approaches and solutions
• Skilled in gathering insights and designing effective strategies in dynamic environments
• Deep understanding of investor-owned utilities' CapEx and OpEx funding challenges
• Willingness to travel 50-75% as needed to meet objectives
• Ability to prioritize effectively and lead under competing demands

Pay

$131,300 – $237,350 annually
