Regional General Manager - HOME IMPROVEMENTS - RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION

About the role

Great Day Improvements LLC, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling market, is seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of the Branch Operations in our Mid-Atlantic North Region, covering Western Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This position requires regional travel up to 25 weeks per year. Great Day Improvements is a vertically integrated company that designs, manufactures, sells, and installs the Patio Enclosures™ sunroom products.

Responsibilities

• Job and project management utilizing our in-house CRM system
• Oversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process
• Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc.
• Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs
• Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures
• Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors
• Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all company products
• Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts, and order materials accordingly
• Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented
• Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems
• Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry
• P&L responsibility preferred
• Experienced in team building and management preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Must be process oriented
• Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills
• Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors
• Must be competent in the use of technology; experience with MS Excel a plus

Pay

Base salary of $90K–$95K plus performance-based bonuses (up to $150K+ yearly).
