Regional Field Services Manager- Multi-site with Travel

About the Role

The Regional Service Manager is responsible for overseeing field service operations across a defined geographic region. This role focuses on safety, ensures timely and high‑quality service delivery, manages technician performance, and drives customer satisfaction through operational excellence and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all employees and drive compliance with all safety and company policies, including OSHA and NFPA 70E.
• Lead and manage field service teams across multiple customer sites within the assigned region.
• Ensure service delivery meets company standards for safety, quality, and responsiveness.
• Monitor technician performance, conduct ride‑alongs, and provide coaching and development.
• Coordinate with scheduling, logistics, and engineering to optimize resource allocation.
• Resolve customer issues and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
• Track and report regional KPIs such as response time, first‑time‑fix rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new field service personnel.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in field service management, preferably in electrical or industrial systems.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and multi‑site operations.
• Familiarity with service‑management software and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
