REGIONAL FACILITIES DIRECTOR
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Regional Facilities Director to drive performance across a diverse portfolio of client sites. This role is responsible for supporting new business growth while ensuring achievement of financial, operational, safety, and compliance objectives. The role oversees and supports day-to-day facility operations with a strong focus on soft services, including janitorial, landscaping (lawn care), and snow removal. This role ensures that all services are delivered efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with safety and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional facilities operations to achieve financial and operational goals
- Manage P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams across multiple locations
- Oversee contracts, reporting, and administrative processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 20+ years of facilities management experience across manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments
- Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage all levels, from frontline staff to executives
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, accountability, and business acumen
- Facilities Management Certification (FMC) preferred
- Solid knowledge of contract administration and operations management
