Director of Regional Facilities

About the role

The Director of Regional Facilities will lead and elevate the workplace experience across Uline's growing North American network, overseeing a team to maintain high standards in all aspects of facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily Regional Facilities operations, ensuring Uline’s quality and performance standards are met.
• Oversee a team of Regional Facilities Managers, fostering a positive culture and promoting team development.
• Conduct facilities audits and collaborate with management to address and resolve issues, keeping campuses in top condition.
• Work with vendors, contractors, and landlords to support new building start-ups, landscaping, and construction projects.
• Develop budgets and reports to guide long-term strategies for facility projects and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience managing construction or maintenance teams.
• Proficient with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience performing skilled work in one or more building trades.
• Finance or Accounting knowledge a plus.
