About the role

As a Regional EHSQ Fleet Manager, you will lead regional fleet operations driving safety, operational excellence, innovation, and standardization across the area. Beyond the day-to-day, you will be the Subject Matter Expert, shaping safety standards, identifying process improvements and standardizations, and cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and continuous improvement of our Fleet Maintenance Program (vehicles, construction equipment, and trailers).
  • Own the Driver Qualification Program, overseeing licensing, titling, and registration process for all rolling stock while ensuring DOT compliance.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Telematics and GPS programs, providing on-site and remote training to elevate team performance.
  • Lead, develop, and coach fleet personnel throughout the region, conducting field inspections and reviewing reports to ensure best practices.
  • Oversee and cultivate key relationships with vehicle manufacturers and premier repair shops.
  • Partner closely with operational teams to conduct regular Fleet Performance reviews and advise drivers on maintenance and safety best practices.
  • Perform other related tasks as requested by leadership.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years experience in Fleet Management
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proven prior people management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing division budgets and negotiating key business strategies, including drafting comprehensive reports, proposals, and business plans

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
  • Flexibility to work different schedules and stay late with little or no notice
  • Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
  • Mobility required within an office, warehouse, and construction site environments
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
