The Regional Director of Sales - Wholesale Strategic Accounts - Western US based in the United States is seeking a strategic sales leader to drive business growth across the Western United States by expanding key wholesale and strategic account relationships.

About the role

You will shape regional sales strategies, strengthen channel partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase market share and customer engagement. You'll work closely with distributors, systems integrators, and industry stakeholders while leading initiatives that promote product adoption, customer education, and long-term revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience within the door hardware, security, electronic access control, construction, building materials, facilities management, or related industrial sectors.
  • At least 5 years of leadership or management experience directing teams or leading sales programs.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic sales plans and managing complex account relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong business acumen, consultative selling skills, and experience closing complex commercial opportunities.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with vertical markets such as Education, Healthcare, Government, Commercial Buildings, Fortune 500 organizations, or Multi-Family housing.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications for sales management and reporting.
  • Active involvement with industry organizations such as ASIS, DHI, SHDA, ALOA, or similar associations is considered an advantage.
  • Must reside in the Western United States, with preference for candidates located near Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Seattle.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% throughout the United States.
