Director, Regional Sales - West

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed regional sales revenue, case volume, and growth targets
  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with national strategy
  • Drive new account development and expand utilization within existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and hospital decision-makers
  • Provide field leadership and support during clinical cases
  • Partner with Clinical, Professional Education, Finance, HR and Marketing teams
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales, therapy and clinical teams
  • Lead performance through coaching and development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Maintain forecasting, CRM, and reporting discipline
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
  • Travel extensively to support business needs

Qualifications

  • Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 12+ years of medical device sales experience or 10 + years sales or Commercial Ops and or Marketing leadership in Structural Heart. TAVR or structural heart experience strongly preferred.
  • Skills And Abilities Required For This Job: Strong leadership, clinical aptitude, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Ability to develop and manage a high-performance team focused on accountability and meeting and exceeding expectations. Ability to lead, influence, create and work within cross-functional team environments.
