What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute comprehensive sales strategies across multiple hotel assets to exceed revenue goals
- Maintain direct selling responsibilities, including key account management, prospecting, and closing business
- Partner closely with General Managers, Sales and Revenue Leaders to align sales strategies with market demand
- Analyze performance using Profit Sword and other reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Drive brand initiatives and ensure alignment with Marriott, Hilton, or comparable brand standards
- Coach and develop on-property sales teams to elevate performance and accountability
- Utilize Delphi to manage pipeline, reporting, and account activity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize group, transient, and negotiated business segments
- Actively represent the portfolio in the local market, industry events, and networking opportunities
What You Bring
- Proven success in a recent Regional Sales leadership role within the hotel industry and LA Market experience
- HIGHLY preferred: Strong background in active selling with measurable results in growing market share and revenue
- Experience supporting Marriott, Hilton, or comparable brands
- Advanced proficiency in: ProfitSword, Delphi, FOSSE, PEP, STS
- Deep understanding of Southern California markets, particularly Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, and surrounding areas
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
