Position Summary The Springs Living is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to provide hands-on leadership and strategic sales support to an assigned portfolio of senior living communities. In partnership with the Vice President of Sales, Regional Directors of Operations, Executive Directors, and community sales teams this role develops and executes market-specific strategies that strengthen lead generation, improve conversion, accelerate move-ins, and achieve budgeted occupancy and revenue goals. This leader serves as a coach, strategist, and performance partner, using data to identify opportunities while staying closely connected to the resident and family experience. The Regional Director of Sales partners with community teams to strengthen sales leadership through training, onboarding, and hands-on support, while providing guidance to drive occupancy growth and community stabilization as needed. This regional leadership role reports the Vice President of Sales and requires approximately 50% travel, primarily to assigned communities, with periodic travel for organizational meetings and other business needs. The position is based at the Home Office in Beaverton, Oregon, when not traveling or working onsite in a community. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional and community-specific sales plans aligned with organizational goals, annual budgets, occupancy targets, and local market conditions.Partner with Executive Directors and community sales leaders to establish clear priorities, strengthen accountability, and remove barriers to sales performance.Coach, mentor, and develop community sales professionals through community visits, one-on-one coaching, sales calls, skill-building, and ongoing performance feedback.Monitor the sales funnel including inquiries, tours, deposits, move-ins, closing ratios, outreach activity, and apartment vacancy time, initiating timely action as needed.Create accurate sales forecasts and communicate risks, trends, opportunities, and recommended actions to regional and executive leadership.Ensure consistent and effective use of the customer relationship management system, including timely documentation, lead follow-up, pipeline management, reporting, and data integrity.Lead focused occupancy improvement and stabilization plans for communities requiring additional sales support.Support pre-opening, pre-leasing, acquisition, and lease-up efforts as assigned, helping communities build strong pipelines and establish effective sales practices.Assess local market conditions, demographics, referral sources, competitor pricing, product offerings, and customer preferences; translate findings into actionable sales strategies.Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, events, digital efforts, outreach, and messaging with community needs and measurable sales objectives.Promote a sales culture centered on collaboration, genuine relationships, high performance, and an exceptional experience for prospective residents and families. Qualifications Five or more years of progressive senior living sales experience, including multi-site, regional, or comparable sales leadership responsibility.Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant education and experience will be considered.Demonstrated success driving occupancy growth, improving conversion, coaching sales teams, and executing community-level sales strategies.Working knowledge of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care sales cycles, customer needs, and relevant operating considerations.Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.Ability to analyze market and performance data, identify root causes, and translate insights into clear action plans.Exceptional relationship-building, coaching, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to establish accountability and navigate complex or changing circumstances.Strong business judgment, organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple communities and priorities.
