About the role
The Regional Director of Sales is a strategic commercial leader responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through effective sales leadership, market strategy, and partnership with property teams. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Commercial Strategy & Performance, this individual will provide direction, coaching, and support to hotel sales leaders across a portfolio of hotels while ensuring each property is positioned for long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Think strategically while remaining engaged in the day-to-day business
- Partner closely with Revenue Management, Operations, Marketing, and hotel leadership to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and execute commercial strategies that drive profitable growth
- Lead with humility, coach with intention, embrace healthy accountability, and believe that developing people is just as important as delivering results
Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a high-growth environment
- Experience leading a team of sales professionals at a senior level
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
